Along with its regular and online courses, UoP also offers teachers and practitioners with continuing education programs. The first accreditation that UOP got was as a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) from The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) in 1978. Online college is good for some and not good for others. There are many advantages of online studies, which are covered by UOP. Check on these points to analyze if Online College works for you:

Online classes do not require you to sit at one location. The UOP online classes can be managed from any geographical location. It does not require you to travel and helps you save commuting time and money on Gas. This is a great option for those who do not get the course n their nearby school and are able to get it at UOP.

There are usually a few set time options for the online classes at UOP from which the adult student can chose when he/she can be in front of the computer. This is good for working professionals and for adult people who are not comfortable with regular college and are also committed to their private lives.

Many of the online students at UOP chose this course to avoid their trip to college due to shyness, which a lot of adult students face. Adult students feel like outsiders at a regular college amidst the young crowd. Many students are not confident to participate in class discussions etc. Such students feel less intimidated in online courses.
